Introduction:

The needs of the industrial institutions and production sectors institutions are important and variant. It is to be noted that the potential of the Industrial Research Institute can quickly adapt to secure the bulk of these needs. The ongoing development projects at the Institute are important to human capacities and their eligibility and to the advanced equipment of testing, measurement, analysis and calibration … not to mention partnership agreements signed by the Institute with international institutions or the ones that will be signed during this year.

Project objectives:

Identifying different needs is not easy, even if the major ones are known, with the absence of a convergence or sufficient contact between the concerned parties (the institutions and the IRI) as is the case for the best use of the available human and material competencies. Therefore, the project aims to create a greater interaction between different institutions and the Industrial Research Institute, contributing to insure the needs of the institutions at the cheapest cost and best quality as well as activate the work of the Institute.

The benefits of the subscription

Each member of the Industrial Research Institute benefits freely from:

• The newsletter of the Institute, the Library and Documentation Center of the IRI (different scientific references, international bulletins and global specifications);
• The assistance and establishment of necessary contacts with third parties, in the fields of conformity assessment, quality or calibration certificates;
• Invitations to participate in all specialized seminars or conferences held by the Institute;
• Special discounts on laboratory analysis and testing only for industrial enterprises in exchange for an annual subscription of 100$ (only one hundred dollars)
• A discount for non-industrial institutions in exchange for an annual subscription of 250$ (only two hundred and fifty dollars)

Required documents

Filling the ‘Registration Form’ and sending all these documents to the Institute by email at the following address: accounting@iri.org.lb or directly presenting it to the Institute.

The subscription will remain subject to the approval of the management of the Institute.
